Sticks & Sparrow Digital glasses feature flexible TR90 frames fitted with lightweight bamboo temples. Their Anti-Reflective blue light lenses filter down damaging blue light emitted from digital devices and act as a shield to protect the eyes against over-exposure to harmful blue light.

Whilst some natural blue light exposure is necessary, extended exposure to blue light can prove harmful to our health and wellbeing. Blue light exposure at night suppresses the release of melatonin, interrupting the sleep cycle and interfering with the body’s natural circadian rhythm.
