SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Being environmentally conscious is one of our core values and we strive to source sustainable, eco-friendly products.
We made a choice right from the start of our online journey to use 100% compostable mailers to send your gorgeous products. Our mailer bags are certified for domestic and commercial composting.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

All purchases are shipped express via Australia Post. We offer flat rate shipping of $10 for orders under $100 and free express shipping for all orders over $100. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Unfortunately, at this time we only offer shipping within Australia.


DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
We do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you would like to insure or register your goods through Australia Post, please advise us at checkout and provide us with your contact details so we can discuss this with you.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind and wish to cancel or make changes to your order, we are here to help.
Please contact us ASAP at: hello@seventhpocket.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, if your order has already been shipped, our ‘Returns’ policy (see below) will apply.

OUT OF STOCK

There may be instances when items are sold out or unavailable on the day of purchase. When this happens, we will notify you within 48 hours to inform you when the product will be available.
Please keep in mind when ordering for a special occasion that sometimes, our online stock levels aren’t 100% accurate. Please contact us directly to confirm that we will have the items you need by the required date.
Additionally, if there is something you are seeking from one of our beautiful brands that you can’t see on our online store, please contact us and we will try tracking it down just for you!

CREDIT NOTES

Credit Notes are issued in store and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.

RETURNS
At Seventh Pocket, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with your purchase, your item must be returned to us in its original and unused condition with all original packaging within 14 days of shipping date with proof of purchase enclosed.The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
In the unlikely event that the item you have received has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will issue you a full refund or exchange once the item has been returned and received.
Sorry, there are no refunds on sale or discounted items (unless they are faulty). Some items cannot be returned or exchanged this includes; makeup, lotions and oils, perishable goods, food items magazines and underwear, swimwear or earrings due to hygiene purposes.


1.​ Please email hello@seventhpocket.com to request a refund. We will get back to you as soon as possible with your Tracking Number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. In your package, please include a signed letter stating the reason for your return as well as the original receipt.

Please allow 7-10 working days for your refund to clear. This allows us time to receive and inspect the product, liaise with suppliers and for the funds to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the same method used to make your original purchase.
All returns and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we do not take responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If your clothing item is in ‘like new’ condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. Items must be returned with 14 days of shipping date with proof of purchase. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we do not take responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable.
